    Now that I was thinking… Since when the reign of Hilla has guardship? I remember that it was established that Rex was the only guard in there since Stonegrave didn’t trust him to have a budget without trash it in frivolities…

      Rex is the only guard in Rex’s company because he can’t be trusted with a budget.

      But it’s not plausible to have an entire kingdom without more than one guard in it. Rex can’t be everywhere at once.
