Outside of the guard station, the street is covered in fishy-looking (as in actually part fish) individuals wielding torches and pitchforks. This freaks out Spots and her pony.
Roger (from inside the guard station): MOB!? Why’s there a mob!?
Walleye introduces the person in the diving suit as Officer Dipp.
Walleye: No need to worry Msster Hale. This is Offisser Dipp.
Dipp: Hi– [GSSHH] folks.
Walleye walks out into the street and the mob.
Walleye: She’ss gather all these ‘sspirited citizens’ to help effectuate our arrest of the susspect.
Dipp: And– [GSSHH] full of beasties.
Walleye: It is a bit much for two peasse officers.
Walleye takes a torch from one of the mob, while Nikol and Roger follow him into the street.
Walleye: I’m ssure we could rustle up some pitchforkss if you’d like to come along.
