Mystery of Skeleton Rock Cover

We've gotten through the backer strip backlog and are finally into full-color mainline comics again. This does mean that comics will be coming out at a slower pace again, which should be three a week (two if there's a holiday). This next story is me taking a crack at a mystery-style format, so be on the lookout for clues.

  1. the day has finally come again. rad.

  2. Ooooh. Do we get to see a RogerxNikol Date?

  3. I see stitching on the hands and face of the un-known kid puncher. A new jellyflesh construct of Victoria La D’Ucar, or another crafter? Is it the character in the goggles in the background? Or a yet to be reviled mad scientist?

  4. Aha! I’ve solved it! The mystery of Skeleton Rock is “How do skeletons play any kind of music, let alone something with a fast pace like rock ‘n roll?” To which clearly the answer is revealed on this cover as “Jellyflesh!” Also, fans shouldn’t get too close when performers are doing a big guitar solo or they might get accidentally hit and make the guitar fall out of the picture.

  5. Can’t wait to see how faithful or unfaithful this will be with the actual events if the story. Both are good.

  6. A mystery motif? Cool! looking forward to the story! =^^=

  7. We’re back baby!
