It’s at this point that I realize – if they had just sent Zander and Jane, the whole thing would’ve gone pretty well. They are awkward around each other but not antagonistic. Zander would help Jane deal with really confusing things and Jane would whack things that get too close. Both Rosaline and Ash … struggle with teamwork.
How did they get these four? I bet Svanhildur just asked Zander who Willa’s closest friends were. But Debbie, Nikol, and Rose* are busy delivering mail today.
*Epilogue says Rose doesn’t get to have fun in VR anyway 🙁
