I’m going to guess that, given the vast differences in the sizes of Lena’s costumes, she might have had some sort of accident leading her to lose part of, or all of, her limbs. Instead of just having one set of jellyflesh limbs, she can have multiple sets due to her job here. Alternatively, she could be much smaller on the inside, and is essentially piloting a jellyflesh mechsuit. It could also be none of these things. No matter what, we do know she has something to hide.
