Philosophically there’s certainly no doubt as to her personhood, but given that not all people are yumans I wouldn’t say it’s clear that being a generally yuman-shaped person makes her philosophically yuman.
She literally has the borrowed memories and personality of a yuman, which is the sort of thing that’s fodder for multiple philosophical thought experiments that would usually (but not always) conclude that she is philosophically speaking a yuman. (For one, she’s very nearly the inverse of the philosophical zombie thought experiment, about someone who is human by all outward physical and behavioral signs, but lacks any internal sense of subjectivity — such a being, if pricked with a needle, would react as though it were experiencing pain, but would not experience pain as there is no subject to experience it.)
