@waterfan2 You might be onto something with the whats-its escapes being Moxie’s fault. Heck, I could see this being something Victoria is having Moxie do on the sly — so long as they keep getting out, Victoria could theoretically keep extracting favors (or in this case, biological samples) from Wilmot under duress!
