We find out the Moon mans name on page 27, and yep, it’s Randy!
Bold spy, to tell everything that happened, leaving out just a line or two. Still, impossible to believe story so likely safe. And I suspect she is playing both sides here, using this connection as a chance to find out what happened to herself too.
