I can’t replicate the issue, but I do have someone working on tech support now who is working on dealing with the site’s inconsistencies. So hopefully it’ll be handled in the coming weeks.
I hired some tech support to deal with the issue and they believe that they’ve fixed it. Please let me know if you experience any more problems in the future.
